Hi, I’m Jessica, and I believe taking care of your heart shouldn’t mean living in fear of food. As a registered dietitian specializing in heart health, I help people make peace with their plates, so they can move past their numbers and focus on living fully.
My goal isn’t to hand you a rigid diet plan. It’s to help you improve your heart health in a way that feels sustainable and empowering—by understanding exactly how your numbers respond to food, movement, and daily habits, so you can make changes that truly last.
Life has a way of teaching us what matters most—often when we least expect it. In 2020, my world changed when my daughter was diagnosed with leukemia. I suddenly found myself on the other side of healthcare—not as a provider, but as a parent.
That experience reshaped how I approach my work. I saw how confusing and isolating a diagnosis can feel. It deepened my belief that clear, compassionate guidance makes a huge difference.
Today, I’m grateful to say my daughter is doing great. And I bring that same steady support into my work with clients—helping you feel seen, heard, and empowered every step of the way.
For years, I’ve worked closely with people navigating heart disease—both personally and professionally—and I’ve seen how small, sustainable changes can lead to meaningful progress.
That’s why I combine my clinical expertise with clear, and compassionate guidance that makes sense in real life—not just on paper.
Before becoming a dietitian, I worked in communications and journalism, even hosting regular TV segments as a nutrition expert. This background helps me break down complex medical information into bite-sized pieces you can actually use.
With me, you won’t hear confusing medical jargon or struggle with overwhelming information dumps. Instead, I deliver clear, actionable guidance that helps you understand exactly how food impacts your heart health.
